As I am experiencing the exact issue of the original poster, and have found ZERO help in any reply afterwards, please provide an actionable, relevant answer to the actual question posited originally. I don't think Windows Media Encoder is compatible with Windows 10 and also st the same time it is not required with Windows It Was Working until the latest preview build I definitely need it or I will be forced to return to Windows 7.
